Can anyone weigh in on this? I am looking over an application for the Employment Related Daycare Program (which is currently wait-listed indefinitely, anyway), and under the question asking if immunization records are up to date, it says, "You must agree to meet state immunization guidelines to get child care benefits."
Does anyone know if that's true? And/or legal? Or are they just being obtuse about signing a form, whether for exemption or participation, or am I just not reading that correctly? I'm not interested in discussing immunization in general, I'd just like to have some idea of what the standards might be for this or other state programs. I am a newly single, formerly SAH parent, and things may be a bit dicey for a while; I'd like to know what I might be getting myself into.
