Can anyone weigh in on this? Â I am looking over an application for the Employment Related Daycare Program (which is currently wait-listed indefinitely, anyway), and under the question asking if immunization records are up to date, it says, "You must agree to meet state immunization guidelines to get child care benefits."
Â
Does anyone know if that's true? Â And/or legal? Â Or are they just being obtuse about signing a form, whether for exemption or participation, or am I just not reading that correctly? Â I'm not interested in discussing immunization in general, I'd just like to have some idea of what the standards might be for this or other state programs. Â I am a newly single, formerly SAH parent, and things may be a bit dicey for a while; I'd like to know what I might be getting myself into.
Â
Thanks!
