I have recently become interested in adding more raw foods into my diet, too. I am also interested to hear what others have to say. I have been all over the internet reading blogs and websites like crazy and really enjoying it.

Over the past 4 days I have tried 6 new raw food recipes with my food processor and have loved every one of them! I am already gluten, dairy and (mostly) soy free, so the idea of "different" recipes is very appealing to me. So far I have tried: a nut & veggie "chicken-type" salad, chocolate brownies, tomato basil dressing (also used as a dip), cashew based sour cream (also used as dip and salad topper), lemon cookies, chocolate fudge (also used to top the lemon cookies!) I don't normally eat this many sweets so for me brownies one day and then cookies the next was a bit too much, but I was anxious to try out the recipes. I don't plan to really make them anymore except maybe around the holidays.

I am also anxious to try the raw lasagna recipe I read somewhere yesterday on somebody's blog, I think!
