Well, it looks like even Super Sperm can't get me knocked up. AF showed up right on schedule.

Well I think hubby and I have decided to just have sex every day for the next few weeks as soon as AF is done. I will be doing OPK, but I am not sure when they are arriving, so until then- we'll just have to have lots of sex (so sad...lol!)

Wish me luck! I have a lot of personal reasons for wanting a baby in October, so hopefully this will be my month!

Please put me down as Waiting to O?

We lost this one.  I am in a wedding in October so I guess I need to be moved to the waiting to be ready until we can try again.  Thanks!

Can I be added to Waiting To O? Yesterday was a horrible day thanks to AF's arrival... again.  :(  This month will be my first time trying OPK. Does anyone have a brand preference, or are they all the same? Thanks.

So, there is def a higher probability of me being pregnant, i'm pretty sure I ovulated 2 days after my positive OPK, which is when we officially started trying. Gunna test 10, 12 and 14 DPO :)

....

I just started feeling really sick sick.gif

I tried first response this month and had many close calls, but never a true positive, I would get clearblue ovu tests instead.

FYI OPKs only test for the hormone before ovulation, which means you'll only find out if your body is trying to ovulate, not if it actually does, a lot of people have discussed the fact that many women have the lutenizing hormone throughout their cycle and our bodies sometimes have to try more than one time to release an egg, which results in scattered positives. Overall, OPKs are not 100% error proof.

Wow!! A2E, Carlin joy.gif Yay!! I was stalking when you guys were here regularly, CONGRATS!! that's so freakin' great!!! WOW huge congratulations and sticky, healthy vibes to you ladies!!!

And Artificial Red, Hoping4, congrats to you, too!! thumb.gifThat's super! What a thread! A lot has happened in the week I've been gone! Stevi, so sorry about AF.hug2.gif same goes to the other AFs out there, bleh. Doularebekah, thought it'd be your cycle with your super threadkeeping! Sorry, ladies...

AFM I got bfps starting a week ago Friday, got the first beta a week ago today just before leaving for Florida for my cousin's baby shower. Turned out my beta was only a 20 (and the doc didn't order progesterone). The m/c started Saturday and DD and I flew home Sunday.  I went for the follow-up beta today anyway and wont hear back for a few days, but POAS: BFN already, not even a squinter! It was a little crazy - the trip was kinda tough (lots of family - all kinds of crazy! nut.gif). I'm glad to be home and happy to report that I've had less cramps and bleeding comparable to a standard period. I'm not sure what to think, really. I guess I just hope it's not something I did and cross my fingers that it's a good sign that I can get pregnant. Sorry to be a downer, boy was this thread on a roll! Love to hear the positive stories, and glad to know there are ladies out there who've moved on from the point where I am now!

Jpack and MichaelsMom, I am very sorry to hear about your losses. hug2.gif

Wow, all those BFPs! This is a power-thread, to be sure. I am hopeful to be among you. We ended up DTD the other night when I was feeling fertile. So maybe we caught an early egg, maybe we caught a late one. Didn't chart, so no way to be sure... I did buy some FRERs today. I will try to control myself and not use them until next weekend. We'll just see about that.

Thread Starter

Wow, so much to catch up on now I'm back from holiday! I've done all the moving about, would you mind checking that you're all in the right place in the thread starter? Ok, here we go.....

A2E - So good to have you pop in with this amazing news! Congratulations!!

Carlin - Wow, congrats lady! That is amazing news! Moved to the graduates. Have an amazing 9 months :)

ArtificialRed - I will gladly move you to the graduates, mama! Wahoo! joy.gif

Hoping - Congrats!

SleepingBeauty - Lol, your posts always crack me up!

jpack - hug2.gif I'm really sorry to hear this, and that you were away from home when it happened. Ugh, so unfair. No need to apologise at all! That's what we're all here for, to share stories of all kinds and support each other. And yes, it is a good sign that you can get pregnant! Thanks for your kind words, too. I was a little bummed but ready to try again and see what happens. Trying to be relaxed about it all!

RavenMadMommy - Done! Man, it sounds like it was a bit of an ordeal, our bodies can be so frustrating at times. My fingers are crossed for you though!

mamaforever - Glad to hear the spotting has stopped! I haven't heard anything negative about hcg levels rising too quickly, and I know the range of both normal levels and how much they rise by varies so much that you could definitely be well within the normal range. It is so hard not to worry though, especially with a loss so recent, but there's nothing to say that this isn't going to be a healthy sticky baby based just on that. Sending lots of sticky vibes your way, keep us posted!

Mom2IrishBoys - I'm sorry to hear that this wasn't your cycle. I hope you get a restful couple of days!

Stevi - Oh man, I'm so sorry hug2.gif I had such a good feeling about this cycle! I second SleepingBeauty, do you think he'll be up for another go soon? Rest up and have a relaxing few days if you can.

KatCooke - Done! And good luck, lots of sex is always a positive! wink1.gif

Michaels-Mommy - So sorry to hear that, it's rough hug2.gif I've moved you in the threadstarter, and just wanted to encourage you to stick around as you feel comfortable. We're all here for you!

LindsayDawn - Will do :( Sorry to hear you've had a crappy day, I hope you get a bit of a break and chance to relax over the next couple of days. I'm thinking about trying OPK's next cycle, let us know how you go!

Lisoula - Welcome! I've added you to the thread starter :)

Nisojon - I've added you to Waiting to O, is that right? The gallbladder flush was recommended by naturopath and basically I'll be taking a supplement for 30 days that prepares me for it and opens up the bladder a bit (I think?) before a day of eating only apples, water and some other crazy epsom salts mixture. I'm sure it's going to be a pretty awful day, but worth it for being flushed out and feeling healthy!

SkinnyLove - Thanks! We had a pretty great time away. I know what you mean about getting used to where you live, I get that with with NZ too, and then after spending the past few days and an amazing beach I'm in love with the place again!

anyalily - How're you feeling? So sorry to hear you've been unwell, definitely not the greatest way to lose weight :( Fingers crossed for you that you've caught an egg either way! Perhas the decision to stay home will ease some stress, which can only be a good thing!

AFM - I had a really lovely time away at the beach with my husband. I'm actually really glad it wasn't during my fertile time, it was so relaxing there it was nice to not have that added pressure. I've started the Vitex and noticed a massive increase of creamy CM, has anyone else experienced this? It kinda took me by surprise!

Thank you for this. With the way my temps and CM are all over the place (fertilityfriend and tcoyf don't even agree) I'll probably be one of these people. :(  But, it's more data.

It isn't likely that my Super Sperm donor will be back anytime soon, he lives at the other side of the country.
