As of today, I am 4w 6d. Have my first midwife appointment Wednesday when i'll be 5w 4d. I hope i will get to have the early ultrasound when they can first see the heartbeat. Is that around 6w?

This early time is kind of nerve wracking, isn't it? What if my progesterone level has dropped and I don't know and i have no control over it. Blah. I see doc for another progesterone test on Tuesday, so not too much longer to wait.

I am on prometrium 200 vag at bedtime as well.  I don't really have a problem with progesterone my ob and RE really think it cannot hurt. I have had losses before.  Good Luck withe September peanut babies!!
