Not only one gene modification, Argentine scientists have genetically engineered a cow to produce milk containing two human genes that are for enzymes lactoferrin and lysozyme.

Previously, scientists in China modified cows to produce lysozyme.

I wouldn't trust that the milk is the same as human in all aspects. Nor would it have the immune sharing that comes with breastfeeding. Nature's way is best.
