How are you advertising your registry (if at all)?

I'm editing most of my posts that contain personal information;  thanks for the responses to this one!

Personally, I would not post it on FB.  I think if anyone wants to know, they will ask you, your mother, your sister, or your MIL.  The word will get around, trust me.

I plan on posting mine on fb -- I have tons and tons of family members on my FB that I don't keep in touch with through e-mail and I also don't have any family members within a 1,000 miles, so it's easier to just post it on my wall and if they want, they can do it, if not, that's fine too. I personally like when my friends and family members post theirs, because I'm the type who feels uncomfortable asking for a registry, for the fact that then I feel it's expected of me to get something for them, but if they randomly post it and I see something listed that I can afford I'd be more likely to get it. If that makes any sense. smile.gif
