cute ways to tell grandparents?

My parents are coming over today and we want to tell them our news.  I was going to buy a Big Sister shirt for my DD, but I haven't been able to find one locally and I don't want to wait a week or so for one to get here if I order online.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

haha i always thought it would be cute to say your going to order in from somewhere like chinese or something and print out a fake take out menu you can hand them ( like take a normal on and  change on of the things on it or make on up with a computer program) and have one of the order numbers say like 5) a sweet new baby ect " and say I know what im having number 5! and hand it over so  they look lol its really dorky but i think it would be cute ^_^ sigh anyway tis probably too late now but im eager to her what you ended up doing!

Well what i did for my parents was bought a really cute picture frame that said proud grandparents on it and wrapped it up. I just got them together and had them open it and let them put two and two together hehe
