menstrual cramps every morning in the third trimester

Just thought i'd ask- anyone in the third trimester with regular menstrual cramp feeling? Ive been waking up with this feeling every morning for the last few weeks. Im now 39 weeks. Just wonder if it means anything. I never had this in prior pregnancies. I hope they are doing some work for me...

For me, contractions feel like menstrual cramps combined with BH. Could be your body is just gearing up.
