And I say that from the comfort of my couch and pj's while I eat peanut butter out of the jar. Maybe I'll put that down tomorrow!

Well it's Monday 23rd here already, and I am on the fitness wagon
I'll check back tonight after work to see if there are any last minute additions to teams (Welcome AllisonRose))
That will be about 8pm my time... so about 12 hours from now.
Great! I am excited. I think I will get in a work out still today (Still Sunday here) and maybe watch Biggest Loser while I do it :)
Yay Blue Team! We are some tall women ladies :) Looks to me like we weight 770lbs together so we are working to lose some good percentage points off of that.
Introducing the BLUE Team

| Dantes Mama | 5'8 | 183.8 |
| Trekking Girl | 5'6 | 208 |

Can I still play? I"m 167 lbs and 5'4"
You're right... the Blue team are pretty tall!
Im in 5'8 220
I don't know now, you are on the red team! Just kidding.
Went to the gym with dh today. We walked on the track (well he ran) and then lifted weights. I actually spent most of my time there mucking around with the waistband on my yoga pants. Everytime I sat down the band would roll down and my belly would pop out. I have quite the belly these days. Stick legs with my medium butt, then huge middle section. Older dd says I have the mommy belly.
I stepped on the scale this morning to confirm my weight and it was 208.1. Talk about accurate!
DH mumbled from the bed "Are you still weighing yourself?" What do you want me to do, just give up? Giving up on my weight loss means giving up on my love life as well. Being as heavy as I am has been a total turn off to me.
So I decided to make today a practice run as far as my eating goes.
Here's how it went....
I woke up and grabbed the instant oatmeal but there were no plain packets left ( I usually do half and half to cut the sugar) so my oatmeal was full sugar.
On the way to church DH stopped at Mc Donalds. I skipped the fast food and just ordered a coffee with just cream. They put sugar in it anyways.
I was starving through church but skipped the donuts and grabbed a nutri grain bar at the fellowship hall.
After church I went to my DH relatives as they were making his great grandma's authentic Italian pizza and wanted my daughter to learn the tradition. I had two pieces for lunch. My daughter did a great job. The pizza was perfect!
I came home and the kids busted out the pringles. I ate a couple and then grabbed a clementine instead. DH texted about wanting enchiladas for dinner. This is going to be hard.
I decided to commit to doing step arobics on wii fit. I have to get the wii board out of storage but won't be up that direction till Friday. My storage is in another city as rates are too high where I live. Maybe I will see if I can get a dance game too for fun.
Rode 10+ miles on my stationary bike today and did a bunch of crunches, kicks and leg lifts. My knees bother me a bit, which sucks, and I often feel like I need to hold back a bit with the more intense aerobics to ensure I don't injure myself. Anyhow, ate great today. No sugar at all. No processed carbs. Lots of green veggies. Yay.
I also watched biggest loser (I am on season 2 in Netflix) while I worked out and that was fun and motivating for this game. Perhaps I can be the biggest loser this week :)

Good choices! I keep some Healthy Choice frozen dinners in the freezer for myself for nights when dh wants something unhealthy for dinner.

Way to go! I hear ya with the knees. :-/ I didn't realize Biggest Loser was on Netflix - thanks! I do wish they had more fitness options.

So is there going to be an official weigh-in day each week?

I recommend knee braces. I wear the ones without the knee cutouts. It has really helped me in hockey skating, where bending knees and getting low is a must to keep balance. The braces cut down on the pain and give support.

What, are you chicken??? (bruck, bruck)
Off to a good start today. 30 min brisk walk with the doggies. Weetbix for breaky, salad, veg and quinoa for lunch, bean enchiladas for dinner (just beans and salad - no sour cream or cheese for me because I'm a vegan-in-training) , nectarine for a snack.
Ticked right off though, because I can't find my Wii remote. Haven't seen it since we moved into this house. That will be this weekend's project.
I'm sorry, I have to withdraw. Life is too crazy right now.
My day started off weird. I managed a kettle bell workout (kb's were my x-mas present to myself) even though I was feeling a little off. I thought I was just hungry but once I ate a bit, I started feeling really nauseous and threw up. We'll see how the rest of my day goes but I think this team weight loss thing will be fun once I feel better.
Yes, Netflix has a bunch of seasons of Biggest Loser now and even though it does not show you specific things to do (not like a work out video), I often watch it while I work out to keep me motivated and entertained.
Started my day with 12 miles on the bike, crunches, weights. Feeling good.
milk8shake - You could just slide me into the Red team if you'd like since boogiemonster is bowing out. I haven't been assigned to a team yet.
I did a 40 minute cardio workout today (a Turbo Jam DVD) but it took 45-50 minutes due to stops to help the kiddos. I'm supposed to go to a Mommy Bootcamp workout tomorrow with a friend.
I tend to eat all afternoon long!!!!!! I'm posting here instead. I have a yoga DVD I'll put on after I help DD with her school work.
Am I too late?? I'd LOVE to have some women to be accountable to....
If yes, I am 5'8 and 161 lbs as of this morning. I actually started cutting back today, so this would be great for me.
