That stinks.  I have to be really careful to not drink my calories.

Drats.  Could you dilute your juice with sparkling water and make a spritzer-like drink??  I'm sorry you gained.  I totally know how that feels!  Darn.

Thanks Ladies. I was just adding a little bit of juice to my protein smoothie for flavor. From now on I'm only using bananas/fruit and greek yogurt. No more juice!

Just had my weigh-in -- up 6 ounces.  Okay, I'm really happy it's only 6 ounces as I was a bad, bad girl last week.  I skipped exercising for 3 days and didn't track for 3 days!   I was expecting worse!!  Phew!!

Am back to tracking...

Hope all's well with everyone!!

Peace ~~

That's great that you lost!  Yeah!!

I went shopping, too, and got lots of veggies and some fruits.  I've found a new 0 point love -- sugar peas.  They were on sale, so I bought a couple bags.  Mmmm...crispy goodness...

My weigh-in is tomorrow, and I definitely went over my points, so I'm a little nervous...yikes!

Good luck joyfulheart. I've been loving spinach salad w/baby tomatoes lately. I try not to go overboard on the olive oil. eat.gif

Thank you.  I love spinach salad.  Matter of fact, I just planted some spinach in my garden, so I can have fresh salads even more!

Miracle of all miracles -- I lost weight.  Not much, but still -- 8 ounces.  That's, what, a half a pound?  I'll take it!!  My total weight loss so far is 11 pounds.

It's sunny and in the low 60's today, so I took my pup for a nice, long walk.  I'm motivated to lose more!!

Hope all's well with everyone!

Yep, we're rocking this week!  biggrinbounce.gif

Having a good weigh-in just makes me all the more motivated to keep going.  Of course, you have to ride out the weeks you don't lose, or gasp, gain!  I came home and had a healthy lunch (with my first mango of the year!) and took my dog for a 45 minute walk.

Cheers!!

I have to share my excitement... at boot camp this morning, we did the same workout that we did at the first boot camp I went to in February.  At that class, I thought "WTH have I gotten myself into!" and was (barely) able to finish.  Today, I completed the workout with enough time that the instructor had us to an ab workout too.  ROTFLMAO.gif  I'm off my rocker... it felt so good to hurt that way.  LOL.  My kids still leave me in the dust running, but I can do the monkey bars and pushups with my feet on the swings.  Getting stronger and lighter every day.  Woot!
