Here was yesterday:
Morning - Coffee with splenda and creamer (3)
Midday - peanut butter and banana sandwich on WW bread (5) boca burger with fries (6)
Snack - cinnamon dolce latte from starbucks (5)
Evening - hummus on tortilla with pickles and roasted red peppers (8); whiskey and diet coke (4)
Snack - cheerios with soymilk (3)
Total 32 used (out of 40...came up a little short)
Today is going well. How is everyone doing?








I'm still on a learning curve, but that's ok.
