Yesterday was good. I ate out w/ my mom and have no idea how to account for what I ate there (it was a pork ramen soup and chicken liver dumplings). But I only ate half what I was served, had sparkling water to drink and I haven't used any of my activity points or weekly points so I think I'm good.
Yesterday I had:
B: 1 cup nf greek yogurt, frozen wild blueberries, walnuts
L: Healthy Choice frozen thing
D: Aforementioned dinner that was so unbelievably good.
Today I'm doing:
B: half ezekiel sprouted english muffin (2) w/ tbsp almond butter (3) and sliced banana (0), grapefruit (0), coffee w/ ff flavored creamer (2)
L: Frozen thing (8)
S: Apple (0)
D: Mexican shrimp cobb salad(7) w/ cilantro tomatillo dressing (1) and garlic cheddar biscuits (3)
Total today: 25
Hmmm. That leaves me 6 points. I'll probably just up my portions a bit at dinner.
Which day do you guys weigh in? I'm planning on Sunday.
And how much are you guys looking to lose? I have quite a bit I'd like to lose - about 50-60 pounds total, but I know I'll be feeling a lot better when I get rid of 15-20.

L -- split pea soup, spinach, toast, avacado, tea (10)
S -- orange, toast, peanut butter, tea (7)
D -- 2 slices pizza, orange (22)
total -- 45

I weigh in on Tuesdays. This past Tuesday I saw a big difference on the scale, I lost almost 5lb in two weeks. But, I think it's mostly stress related, my father passed away two weeks ago. Overall I lost 13 lb and I still need to lose about 45lb.
I no longer write down the points of what I eat, I just count about 8-9 points for breakfast, 10 for lunch, 12 for dinner and the rest I use for snacks -- right now i'm using 34 points but I started at 36. If I have an event or eat out then I use the weekly allowance, but otherwise I don't touch that...I find that if I eat the weekly allowance then I don't lose almost at all. With winter upon us I'm not very active, so I don't use any activity points either.

It was good. I made a big pot of pea soup and then blended in a bag of frozen spinach. It was bright green!
This last pregnancy seems to have zapped me of all of strength and health, so I am really focused on good nutritious food right now. Well, except for the pizza I ate last night.
Fell off the wagon a bit yesterday. Nothing horrible, but I wasn't tracking my points very well.
Starting fresh today.

L -- brown rice, broccoli, egg, avacado, tea (11)
S -- orange, almonds, tea
D -- still planning it
Oh, I am. I really am. I plan on taking the whole year to nourish myself and build my strength back up.
Lots of good news on the weight loss front - so thrilled that it is working for you. I weigh in on Tuesday and know that I will have a loss to report. WW always works well for me.
