Exemptions in YOUR State?

Have you had any issues with filing an exemption in your state? We currently live in Ohio, and never had any problems in various settings. I was looking at state exemptions, and wonder how hard it is in states with just religious or worse only medical.

Looking at places to move and we have to take vaccine and homeschool laws into consideration. There are some states I like that only have religious and medical.Don't want to move to those places if we have to jump through hoops.

What has been your experience in your state?

I have had no problem with the public school and will find out soon about the park district as my second child will be attending pre-school there in the fall.  We only have Medical and religious, but didn't not have to state our "faith/denomination" just what beliefs were in conflict with vaccinations.  We don't file a state exemption, just write a letter that the school keeps (we have to present a new one every year new vaccines/boosters are required but that just might be for my school)
