Hello folks, we are a family of four moving to Toronto from Montreal. My biggest worry is the cost of daycare and how easy to find one. We do get $7 daycares here in Montreal but I know its more than that a day in TO, my quesion is how long do you have to wait before getting the subsidy from the goverment to help you out and how easy is it to get a day care. I have 2 little ones 3 years and 16 months. Thankstwins.gif

hi!  we just moved to Toronto too, from NYC.  I've actually not figured out the daycares here yet really.  My 17 month old goes, but it's part of my husband's job compensation so we are not paying anything - I know it's $1,700 a month otherwise though..

good luck!  i'm still trying to get used to it.
