Ah, I read your siggy wrong; my apologies! I thought it said 9/2011 not 9/2010! Oops! So yes, the breastfeeding is probably still suppressing your progesterone at this point and causing your LP to be on the short side and messing with your CF and O day. I'm sorry for your loss! I've had two similar losses myself. As for your CF, you might not have fertile CF this cycle or it may be indicative of delayed O and you'll get fertile CF later on.

So my advice remains the same. I would temp to find out what's happening with your LP so that you can see how much more regulating needs to happen and whether you want to actively TTC or just see how things go until your LP lengthens. It can be difficult to have multiple early losses. Of course, often the cycle following a m/c is more fertile- I did conceive my first after an early loss and my second two cycles after an early loss. So you may have that going for you!

With my first, I didn't fully regulate until 2 years pp (when I nightweaned and dd started STTN) even though I had gotten AF back at 8 months pp. I charted during this time so I could see my LP go from 3 days back up to 10-12 days at which point I knew conceiving would be possible. With my second, AF returned at 12 months pp and I got pregnant the next cycle while bfing frequently night and day. My LP had been 4 days that first cycle and boom! was a fertile length the next cycle. So it can really go either way and some cycles will be more fertile than other cycles anyway. A lot has to do with luck to catch that more fertile cycle.

Good luck with whatever you decide! And if you need help temping, just post!
