Looks like I need to make some changes this week. I weighed myself at the chiropractor's office yesterday, and I was up 2.5 lbs from the week before, which is not fitting the pace I want. I know we're supposed to start gaining more, and I didn't gain the week before that, so it's not a huge deal. I'm just going to make a point to watch my eating this week. Also I need to start doing videos again. I was walking every day while it was nice, but that was short lived and we are having a real Michigan spring now, so I have to accept that outside will have to wait and make it work inside.
