LeAnn, I totally agree. I've never made a comment to another mom about how she is birthing or raising her child because I believe so much of it is personal preference, values, and personality related. But for some reason, I have to defend my choices for a healthy, natural birth against those who chose otherwise. Stay out of my decisions, ladies and I'll stay out of yours. Sheesh. And quit trying to scare me out of it! *grumblegrumblegrumble*
And Erica (back to the thread topic at hand), I was 160 pre-preggo too but only 5'3" (sadness). A lot of it is muscle, but certainly not all of it. I was really terrified that if I didn't control the gain I'd hit that 200 mark. I know it's just a number, but man, for me it's a scary number.
In size news, my colleague walked into my office today and said, "you're bigger than you were yesterday". Thanks, dude. Thanks. My doc said yesterday that my weight gain is right on target, so that's good news. I celebrated by eating cookies and lattes all day today. Whoops!
