Geek alert!!!!
So, when I was pregnant with my first, I was working as a financial analyst on Excel spreadsheets all day, and it made perfect sense to keep track of my weight week by week, and analyze everything. I decided to do the same with my second, and now am tracking my weight again with my third. I was really amazed to see how, despite slightly different starting weights, it seems like my body follows the same weight loss/gain pattern during pregnancy. Here's a screen shot of the graph I made with the data:
1st preg: lost 11 lbs 1st tri, gained 17 lbs over starting weight total
2nd preg: lost 9 lbs 1st tri, gained 17 lbs over starting weight total
both pregnancies, had a funny weight loss dip at 29 weeks, for no apparent reason!
both pregnancies, lost 10 lbs the first day after birth, 5 lbs the following week, and then very slowly dropped back to my ideal weight of 125 over the next year.
I just find it so fascinating that, without trying to influence my weight gain or loss, my body followed the same pattern the first two pregnancies, and seems to be doing the same so far, this time, too!

. I am right where you are, only I am 18 weeks with one.
