Has anyone tried soluble or TTO in their wash routine?

I guess the title says it all?  We are going back to cloth after taking a couple of months off for me to get a little break during morning sickness.  Soooo.  We get stink and rashes.  I think it is because the boys share diapers and I wash them together obviously.  So just trying to do something that isn't a capful of bleach- cause that works but ate a set of diapers.  I added a cap of Solumel last night and they smell a million times better- but just wondering if it will cause me problems with buildup?  If you aren't familiar with it- it is water soluble tea tree oil.  I use it for everything- just haven't tried it on this until someone said they put it in their diaper wipes solution....
