I have a client who is 28 weeks and has been hospitalized for pre-term labor. They have been able to stop it but she is on strict bed rest and still in hospital. The newest ultrasound showed low fluid level and a "small baby" although no percentages were given. I have been scrambling to provide her with info...first for a premie situation (NICU information, breastfeeding a premie, etc) but now I'm wondering if I need to proactively get together information on a family centered cesearean. I have no experience with IUGR so I'm a little clueless at this point.
