I'm dealing with the strangest situation that I REALLY need help with! My 23mo had athlete's foot a while back, but we thought it was excema. I'm now realizing I think it's athletes foot...I'm almost 38 weeks pregnant and started taking baths with ds about 2 weeks ago. Right about the same time I ended up with a yeast infection that I'm treating with Monistat and acidophilus (I stopped taking baths with him over a week ago). DS ended up with a yeast infection about a week ago. Just yesterday I started getting really itchy feet. All of this combined, I'm assuming we have a fungal issue that needs MAJOR attention. I just got some Lotrimin and am treating ds's yeast infection with that. I thought the yeast infections were all I was dealing with, but now that my feet are itchy, I'm thinking that we both have athletes foot too. What's interesting though is DH used to bathe with ds every night up until I started to (dh left town for a bit) and still showers in our bathtub. all 3 of us take our baths/showers in there. DH doesn't have symptoms of either a yeast infection or athletes foot though.

What do I do?? I'm TERRIFIED of not having this taken care of by the time the new baby comes. I'm scared we would end up with thrush. I need help getting rid of this quickly. I was confident my plan would eventually get rid of all this, but I've never dealt with athletes foot. What can I use for our feet? I'm using comet to scrub down the bathtub and then used a disinfectant. How often should I be cleaning the tub and bleaching our towels? Like I said, I've never dealt with this and am working with a strict time limit. Please help. Suggestions? Experiences?

ETA: Just a thought to add too-my nipples are itchy a few times a day as well. Is it possible to have it spread there? Can I have a yeast infection there when I'm not nursing?
I've read a lot about white vinegar and apple cider vinegar (soaking feet in them or spraying them on). Has anyone had one of these not work? Not sure which one I should try.
