Switching daycare with a 6 m/o, is it too often?

So I returned to school when DD was about 6 weeks and started her in an in-home daycare.  A few weeks in, I found out that they were leaving babies alone in the house (not ok!), so I called around to find another daycare on short notice.  I got on the waiting list for the YMCA daycare near school, and enrolled DD in Kindercare in the meantime.  Now, she's about 6 months old, and the spot at the YMCA just opened up, which is more in my price range than Kindercare for care that is just as good.  I've taken the steps to get her switched over in two weeks, but I'm having some doubts about switching her daycare so often.  

Is this ok?  She's very social and laid-back, so I think she'd be just fine, but I wanted some extra input.

I think it's okay. Here kids switch daycare every school year (often) which means if a child is born mid year they often switch the next september to a new place.

I'm assuming you are not planning on switching her around indefinitely. Much better to switch a 6 month old than to wait until she is 2 or even 12 months and attached to her daycare and moving her.

My daughter was at the same day care, but it completely switched its location to a new facility, and then she was switched into different classroom two months later. This was a lot of change in a short period and she was absolutely fine throughout.

Your daughter's even younger than mine was, which makes me think your little one will be absolutely fine -- she just needs a lot of TLC at this age and responsive caregivers. I think it might be harder if she were a toddler than a baby.
