Metal Shopping Cart PB vs M&D

Thread Starter

DD2 is turning 2 this week & I really want to get her a metal shopping cart. (must have seat for a doll)

There is this cheaper one on Amazon but with only 1 review, I am not sure about it.

I read some old threads here about a B Toys one found at Costco but I can't seem to find any current info on it.

Both M&D and PB are $45 & free shipping right now.

Looks like the M&D one is much taller, width wise they are within an inch of each other & length wise, PB is a little longer.

Seems like the PB one might not be tall enough for older toddlers & a 4 yo big sister to share?

Any feedback appreciated!

We have the PB on and it is quite cute. I bought it because I thought it had a better aesthetic than the M&D one, also had the chalkboard, although the kids haven't played with it yet. The PB one also has a belt for the dolly which my 2 year old loves.

I wouldn't worry about the size much. Both of my kids, including the monster-sized four year old can make it work.

If you want some other kitchen-y ideas, I got great handknit oven mitts and a dolly sling on etsy and some real, child sized kitchen tools from For Small Hands. All are much loved.
