How many times have you looked?

Every time I use the bathroom I am compelled to look at the pregnancy test again!  I just can't believe I got pregnant on our first try.  Last time we tried for about 6 months, and then had a miscarriage, and got pregnant 4 months after that.

Ha! The only reason I stopped was because I ran out of tests. I have a four day progression from 10 DPO through 13 DPO.   I took a picture and plan to keep it.  Super Fun!

The test I used faded after awhile so I tossed it but that first day, I kept looking at it over and over. I also want to keep testing so that I know everything's okay but I only have one test left and I can't justify spending money on more. My midwife is going to do labs on me at 6 weeks but that's still a week away and I want daily assurance that everything is okay!

I'm using the Wondfo test strips.  $10 for 25 of them on Amazon.  I was surprised to get an ealy positive, so I've been doing a science experiment and taping the strips with progressively darker lines on a sheet of paper.  Just for fun!

My one and only pee-strip hasn't faded yet, and so I haven't been able to throw it away yet. Having faced fertility challenges, and looking at so many negative tests just cursing and willing that line to appear, I just can't bear to toss this object in the trash.

Look for me on an episode of "Hoarders" sometime in the next few years...

I have both of mine still.  I meant to throw them out, and DP thinks that I did, but they're in my desk drawer in my home office, and I sneak peaks at them from time to time. Sheepish.gif I just haven't been able to get rid of them yet. I kind of feel they're a good luck charm!

both of my BFPs faded and I've tossed them out.

I was at the drug store yesterday and picked up a 3 pack of digitals.  :)  I know they only display results for about 24 hours...  but I've heard that they are not as sensitive as most tests so you've got to have a good amount of HCG in your system to get a "pregnant"

So I used one of those last night.  :-D LOVE seeing that!  "Pregnant"

I have a whole chart of them since January 23rd! ha ha!  My husband and I have been taping them down to a page (the tape over the test strip preserves the lines!).

I am still testing each morning for fun and reassurance and to use up my cheap test strips that are hospital quality bought in bulk!

Seeing the line get stronger and stronger really is a nice treat.  Also still taking my temperature almost every day.  It's all going in our pregnancy journal.

I want this bean to be the sticky staying kind!
