Finding childcare for out of town trip?

i travel to help out my grandmother ever 6-8 weeks up in NY. most of the time i have my mom or DH or sister with me to wrangle the twins so that i can help my grandmother with her issues. If i care for the twins myself, like i do during the day at home, i get nothing done and the trip is a waste of time. my grandmother is no real help with them and they are so blissfully distracting to her that i can't get to focus on paperwork or tasks when she would rather be playing with them.

so i need childcare, in NY, for just an occasional week here and there, that can deal with 13 month twins. yeah I'm not asking for much    any ideas?

what area of NY?

I know a lot of Universities have boards with job listings and if its near/around NYC I have a lot of recommendations. :)

i go to Great Neck, Long Island.

I will ask my friends in the area if they have any recommendations.. might also be worth looking at agencies depending on your budget.
