At least that's what I think it is. Whenever I lay down on my side, especially my left side, I get a dull aching pain that starts right at my hip bones, and kind of wraps around a little bit under my belly. It hurts bad enough that I wake up and moan as I switch sides at night. Anybody else experiencing the same, or have any advice?
Crazy round ligament pain
Yep I experienced that. I found rubbing castor oil on my belly helped and also this website http://spinningbabies.com/techniques/activities-for-fetal-positioning/inversion has a great exercise that helped balance out my ligaments. Hope that helps!
I thought I was doing ok for round ligament but I noticed on my walk today that after a while the whole bottom part of my abdomen was hurting. Is that round ligament? Also, after exercising or walking , once I've sat for awhile and get up it aches in my groin and inner thigh area...so bad that I can hardly walk sometimes. Anyone know what that is?
So I did the exercise last night and could really feel an immediate difference. It was like a great round stretch that felt nice. And while I didn't sleep completely pain free last night, I for sure got more hours, and did not wake up dh with horrible grunting and moaning when I turned over. I really saw a benefit, and will continue to do it before bed. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
