Hi,

I'm new and a friend suggested your site.  Just trying to get some good information.  Seems everything I google is scaring me to death.

I went to my OB a couple weeks ago because I had been having a pinching in my right ovary almost daily for 2 months.  He did ultrasound and said he saw something very, very small on ovary and thinks it might be endemetriosis or cyst that had ruptured.  Mentioned doing laproscopy to check it out but suggesed I come back in 2 months for a re-check.  He didn't seem worried at all.  I, however, have been freaking out a little.

He also mentioned my very tilted back uterus (always have had this) and asked if I had ever been bothered by my uterus because it was so low (mentioned uterine prolapse).  He said, "It is right there" as he was doing my exam.  I kinda figured I had early stages of that, but nothing very bothersome for me.

So then, after my next period, I have all kinds of other pain that I don't normally have.  More cramping than usual, lower back pain, and weird shooting pains and some pressure in my rectal area (not the bottom, but right in my butt).  Feels like I have to have a bowel movement but didn't really have to or would go just a little.  Sorry TMI.  I experienced this while pregnant, but not otherwise (maybe once or twice but this has been 2 weeks now).

Now I'm really freaking out.  Did I Google too much and is this all in my head?  Would the uterus thing cause the pressure?  Should I be concerned?  This has all been since my appoinment.  Funny thing is, I've barely felt the pinching in my ovary (some days it hasn't been there at all).  I'm trying not to analyze every ache and pain but I tend to do that when it comes to my health for some reason.  I would really appreciate any insight.

Thank you for any advice anyone can give!
