Happy February!!! This is my birthday month....I'll be 42!
Since this is my bday month - I'm going to try and work out this month like I used to....I used to only take off 3 or 4 days month and I would work out at least 60 minutes every day. Man how times have changed. I don't know if I'm getting tired of it, if I'm getting older and just can't hang anymore or if I'm just too busy to make working out a priority anymore. I do have three teenagers.... idk...
2/1 - 45 minutes on the stairs at the gym
2/2 - 40 minutes on the treadmill at the gym
2/3 - 30 minutes sculpting
I'm going to try to join in again this month. I'm super busy -- working grad student single mom with very sporadic help from my ex. Honestly, 1000 minutes is probably aiming too high for my schedule now, but I'm going to really shoot for at least 500.
2/1 - walking, 25 min
2/2 - pilates, 40 min
2/3 - walking, 25 min
2/5 - pilates, 40 min
