Safe Storage

I am a mother of a 2 week old and will be returning to work in four weeks.  I have been pumping and using plastic storage bags to freeze the milk.  We use glass bottles to avoid some contact with plastic.  Is there a method to freeze milk that is not plastic based?

Could you freeze the milk in small jars?  What about using a metal ice cube tray and once the milk frozen, popping out the cubes and storing them in some other, metal or glass container?

That may work...thanks.....the idea of glass jars in my freezer worries me that I will break them but the indiviudal cubes would be easy to put into one large glass container.
