Can I give ACV to a four mo?

Dd has eczema.mits gotten better by a number of things I have been doing, but wondering If it is safe to give her diluted apple cider vinegar a couple times a day.  I just started with Braggs yesterday for myself since she is ebf.

When my DD was 4 months old, we swabbed the inside of her mouth with ACV 10-12 times a day because we had thrush. How much are you thinking of giving her?

maybe .5-1 ml? i have no idea, really, just a guess. i wish there was more on this online
