Herbs for post-partum wash

I had a recipe for a great, soothing vaginal wash for the first days after delivery last time around, but I've lost it.  I remember it had shepherd's purse in it, and a few other things.  I know some people also use honey.

Where can I find recipes of this nature again?  I remember soaking a few pads in the mixture and freezing them; that was wonderful!
