I have been suffering from joint pain and inflammation for over 2months now. I was referred to a rheumatologist and all my bloodwork came back normal. My guess is that the inflammation and swelling is a reaction to the TDap vaccine that I got at my physical at the end of October, against my better judgment :( My massage therapist reffered me to his nurse who does chelation. This is very new to me so I need help. I asked her if it was safe to do when nursing and her answer was yes. This is in direct opposition to what I have read here this morning. But what I found on old thread seems to be more about dental issues? Does that have some bearing on the decision? When I spoke with her she said she would do an iv of EDTA and a "nutrition" bag. I am in severe pain from the inflammation and have been trying to treat it with supplements and diet but have yet to see results. They assure me that they think they can help with this treatment. My daughter is 15months and still nurses about 4 times a day. At naptime (noon), bedtime (730pm) once more at night(11pm) and in the morning (around5am). Is it unsafe to nurse her indefinately after this treatment or would it be for the day? I'm sort of overwhelmed so I would appreciate whatever information you can give me on this particular subject. THANKS!
