Columbia Sc AP playgroup

I keep hearing about an AP/ natural parenting playgroup in the Columbia area, but haven't been able to find it for real. Does anyone know about this? All the people who tell me about it have older kids, so it might be defunct. If that's the case, would anyone be interested in starting such a thing? We live in the rosewood/shandon area. I have an 8 month old and really need to find some like-minded mamas. Like, now.

I am moving to Columbia in May-June, and inquiring minds want to know :-)  

 

I'm in the LLL and cloth diaper groups on Facebook and those moms seem to get together regularly, but I haven't been there to make it to any playdates.

Hmm. What are the names of the groups specifically? I've joined a couple groups and nothing ever seems to go on. Maybe it's some FB setting thing... argh.
