Music suggestions with beautiful lyrics....

I have a hard time finding new music of any type really, so I am reaching out for suggestions. I am looking for music with beautiful lyrics, either the words themselves or the voice being beautiful. I know it's an obscure reference, but I love the song Gena sings in Porco Rosso for the talent of whoever sings that song; also anything like Bob Dylan or John Denver, because I think their lyrics are beautiful too. I hope someone can help me out! I don't know what to look for at all.

Iron & Wine, Blackmore's Night, Lark & Spur, and Ray Lamontagne might fit your criteria. 

Sarah Brightman (her cover of Scarborough Fair is lovely) and Cat Stevens/Yusuf Islam also have some beautiful songs.

Many Celtic artists are sublime too. I like to listen to the Celtic Pandora station to find songs with interesting music and lyrics.

i'm sure you know it, but when i listen to joni mitchell's blue album (as well as any john denver) i find myself wanting to write down parts of the lyrics hang them all over our house.  :)
