Interesting, 1babysmom. I haven't heard that before. I should say before I dish out my stats that I do not pay attention to early labor/painlessish contrax. Just go on with life until cntx force me to stop and focus.
1-9 hrs, inc. an hour of pushing, water broke/contx woke me up at 2am called mw and went back to bed until 5ish and mw got there at 6am, nice gradual build of contraction, babe was born at 11am.
2-9 hrs, with some complete stalls-a long one right before transition, hence my only internal exam, water broke during transition, a few pushes and babe was in arms, mw had only been there several hours. Babe was born 5-6amish, can't remember exactly at the moment.

3-3 hrs, water broke at 2 am, contrax came like flood, 2 min apart standing up, could not handle that and jumped in our jaccuzi tub pronto, lol,, called mw right away and she got there maybe an hour before the birth, babe born 5amish, a few pushes
4-9 hrs from when the contrax caught my attention, nice gradual build, when I hit my usual really intense point, I predicted that my babe would be born 3 hours later, and he was. :P A few pushes to get babe out. Mw came maybe 3-4ish hours before birth...MW like me for this, lol.
5-our baby born at 10 weeks was very much labor for almost 24 hours!!, even with vicoden I had to get in our big tub andbreathe through contrx, for abit. I was very surprised. No transition of course and no pushing.
Fun thread! Looking forward to the replies!
