Braggs ACV to an infant?

Dd is 4MO and has eczema. Its gotten better by a number of things I have been doing, but wondering If it is safe to give her diluted apple cider vinegar a couple times a day.  I just started with Braggs yesterday for myself since she is ebf.

I would not give it to an infant.

 

Have you considered a good probiotic?
