HELP! Milk donation shipping nightmare - is this milk still good?

So a wonderful momma tried to ship milk to us today (I cannot lactate and my twins are formula intolerant, we survive on donations). Here's what happened...one of the 2 boxes arrived today...it was beat to hell it actually arrived inside of a plastic bag because it was leaking. Someone man handled it at some point which caused three bags to break and the milk went everywhere! The other bags were still fridge temp. can those be used?
I asked her to use dry ice and gave her directions (done this a few times) but she only put the milk in a trash bag and placed it inside a box. Please tell me this milk is okay? Is it fine if it feels cold to the touch and doesn't smell?

I hope it is good. So sad to mishandle such a valuable resource.
