I have heard about all the benefit of iodine and was taking 6mg of Iodoral when I became pregnant.  I got scared, however, and cut it down to 750mcg.  The last time I had my TSH tested was last July.  It was 1.2 and now it is up to 1.92.  Plus, I'm cold all the time. 


I already take selenium with the iodine I'm consuming.  Is it safe to ramp it up a bit?
