My naturopath just switched me from the Rainbow Light Once Daily Prental to the Metagenics Wellness Essentials for Pregnancy. Â I was wondering how commonly used it was and if people seem to like/reccomend it. It's kinda pricey at $60/month, but worth it to have a healthy baby. My last baby had a ton of food sensitivities and so ND has me on a whole regime of supplements to balance me out.Â
