Hey guys! Okay so- first of all, Im Jyn. Ive been on Mothering for a while through a few pregnancies and births and have been lucky enough to provide some of my photography for them! I LOVE it here!
I just had my seventh child in May and Im currently breastfeeding- but I am also REALLY out of shape! I literally have been pregnant or breastfeeding for the past 12 years. The only year I havent been pregnant (in the year) is 2004 since 1998!
So- I tried going on a diet a few months ago and realized I wasnt ready. You HAVE to be ready to make that change after you are in the shape I am. When I went on a diet years ago (postpartum) I vlogged it which REALLY MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE! And I lost the weight and met so many people! I started a new one but this time- it's public. I record everything!
So, who of you are blogging/vlogging your progress? I would love to be able to follow you and help cheer you on! It makes a world of difference for me. I've already lost 5 of my 25lb goal.
I dont know what the guidelines are but maybe we can post our blogs/vlogs here in a list? I can put you in the blogroll for my blog! Also I would love to hear success stories from other moms! Sometimes I feel like a dork because I only have 25 to lose and it feels like... SO MUCH! And then there are people who have lost 100 lbs and still have 80+ to go.. man, bless those of you who have been there!!!
