I don't know if you have time to just clear your mind and maybe take a few minutes to do some deep breathing (meditative style even) and just try to be in the moment - connect with your body, breath away the anxiety and worry. This seems to be what is helping me through my worries of loss. I am consciously placing the worry into another space, almost visually moving it away from me, separating it from me so that I don't start feeling the anxiety in my body.
It's hard to describe, but it's helped me through this last week so far. I then kind of give myself a mantra "I will have a healthy baby" "everything will be okay" - whatever seems to fit in the moment.
Just thought I would share:)
I am hoping all is well for you and your wee babe too.
