Please share POSITIVE outcomes with spotting/light bleeding in early pregnancy!! - Page 2

I had brown spotting with every pregnancy and with one miscarriage as well. The only difference with the MC was I never got morning sickness AT ALL. I had cramping with every healthy pregnancy as well but none with the miscarriage---even while having the miscarriage.

I spotted at least twice a week, sometimes fairly heavily, from 6 weeks to 15 weeks, and my little boy is still happily swimming around in there, verified by ultrasound, at 20w. joy.gif

pretty common to show at that point in a pregnancy.

if it means anything to you i bled the forst 5 months of my pregnancy with my son. and on and off the entire pregnancy with my daughter. both are healthy. blood doesnt always have to mean something negative hun. my fingers and toes are crossed for you!

i had 4 m/c before i got lucky enough to have 2 healthy children.

I bled at 9 weeks and had an ultrasound as it was my first and everything looked fine.  I continued to spot on and off for the next few weeks.  This may seem really odd but a definite correlation to the bleeding/spotting was caffeine.  I had cut out all tea and coffee when I became pregnant but I was still eating chocolate every once in a while. Whenever I ate the chocolate I would bleed/spot the following day.  As soon as I figured out the correlation I cut out chocolate as well.  Everything turned out fine and my sweet 3 yo dd is here and perfectly healthy!

Best wishes to you Mama just keep being positive!

I am pregnant with my first and was scared when I spotted for about 4 days when I was about 3 months along. Turned out to be nothing, due in 3 weeks!

I had very consistent spotting up until about 20 weeks with my current pregnancy (#2 and currently at 38+weeks pregnant). Almost every day I would find something on the pantyliner and every prenatal visit I told the midwife. With the amount of spotting (I only used one pantyliner per day) and that there was no cramping or discomfort really said to me and the midwife that it was not a big deal. Every midwife visit has been perfect. I have a perfectly healthy baby.

My mom also had some pretty severe bleeding when she was pregnant with me. With her, it was placenta previa that corrected naturally after a fair amount of time. If I remember correctly, she bled quite a lot for most of the pregnancy. I turned out fine.

I had some spotting around 12 weeks.  I was really scared because I am 45 and a high risk pregnancy.  Turned out to be nothing but a polyp on my vagina. It was easily and painlessly removed with no anesthisia needed.  Withing 2 hours their was no more bleeding or cramping.  Completely resolved.  Baby never in any danger.
