Quick Question

I have had OALD/OS with both of my previous children and I am expecting my third any day now.  I really want to eat healthy and loose the weight as quickly as possible and typically I would swap out eggs for oatmeal for a healthy breakfast but eating steel cut oats every day does not help with the oversupply crisis, lol.  Any good alternatives?

I would choose eggs over grains if you are concerned about weight. Eggs, especially the yokes, are great nutrition (read about Paleo diet).
