VBA2C OB/Hospitals in Michigan near Macomb County

I live in St. Clair County.  The hospital in my county does not allow VBA2C.  What hospitals in Macomb County or nearby allow VBA2C?  Would also love names of doctors who are supportive!

I think your best bet is checking out ICAN. I'm in St. Clair County too. I think the problem in recent years is the hospitals and not so much the doctors or midwives. My doctor would probably be supportive, he's in Ypsilanti and his name is Dr. Fleming.
