Anyone else losing their hair? « Back to Group Discussions

Like, in fist fulls!! Especially in the shower... but I'm pulling it out of Mr. Moo's diapers, off the bed sheets, off my coat, it's insane! Anyone else losing hair?

Yes!  It's the saddest thing....the hair loss is the last thing to go from the pregnancy.  I remember a hair stylist tell me the more I brushed it the less that would fall out in clumps.  I also found after having my second child that I ate a lot of avocado because I heard it was good for hair.  I ended up not losing hair in clumps and the hair loss didn't last as long.

I could make a Wookie costume daily after getting out of the shower :)

I have really super thick hair to begin with so it's real nothing for me to lose as much as I do.

I think mine is finally starting to wind down. I was really giving the dogs (2 labs) a run for their money in shedding. It has become so tiresome that because of the hair loss and always having to wear my hair up so Luke doesn't grab it, I've decided to have about 6 inches cut off. Can't wait. The trick is figuring out when I can go see my hair stylist.

I started right at 3 months , and am still going, although it seems to have slowed.  I am taking Biotin everyday to combat it.  My nails are rock hard and Cassidy has a lot of hair, so I think its doing something! Good Luck!

I started losing hair back in Nov or Dec.  Huge wads of hair.  I will probably have to snake my shower.  My poor new puppy had been barfing up hair balls...she ends up ingesting it with all of the licking she does of the floor.

Yep...me too...wades of hair after I shower and hair everywhere - I keep pulling it out of DD's diaper.

The day I hit 4 months PP I started losing hair too. I have thick hair that sheds quite a bit, but during my whole pregnancy I lost almost NONE of it! I was shocked when it started falling out, but soon realized it was probabl just me going back to *relative* normal!!

OMG! This cracks me up... I can SO relate! I am constantly pulling long hairs out of my son'r diapers and off his clothes... I'm terrified that he's going to get one of them wrapped around his little penis one of these days, in a "hair tourniquet". Yikes!
