Has anyone taken Elizabeth Davis' Midwifery Intensive distance course?

What was the format? Did you have to buy books etc? How beneficial and applicable was the course?

I am wondering the same thing. I am looking at taking the summer course and have been emailing with Elizabet but wanted to find out from others what their thoughts are.

I am almost halfway through the distance course now. I feel like it covers a lot and is good information. The obvious downside, since it's a distance course, is that you have to be self-disciplined and schedule in your study time.

You do have to buy books, which ended up costing me about $150.
