I'll listen to my hypnobabies CD's but I don't hold out a ton of hope (didn't work before). Mainly I just labor on my terms and power through. I am planning to have a doula this time though as I'm realizing I focus too much on powering through and not enough and accepting comfort.

A more experienced doula.

 

I may sit in DH's truck with the heated seats if I have back labor again.

 

I might need to think this through a little further....
