Breech at 34w2d?

I was pretty sure I felt baby turn about a week ago.  It was after I started wearing a maternity belt on and off because my hips were killing me but I'm not sure if that was a contributing factor or not.

I have one of those devices that is like a battery powered stethoscope and finally found her heartbeat... at the TOP of my uterus so now I'm pretty convinced she is breech.  I did feel some hiccups down low early but the heartbeat is a more convincing sign to me (along with the discomfort in my right ribs, the lessened need to pee, hips not hurting as bad, etc.)  I have a midwife's appointment on Thursday and will confirm then, but in the meantime....

What can I do to get her to turn?   And at what week do I really need to get worried?

Spinningbabies.com has a bunch of great techniques to get baby to turn or rotate into the best position for birth.  There are always things you can do and baby can turn head down all the way up until birth, so don't think there is a no turning back point, because there always is.  How does your birth attendant feel about breech?

You can start with inversions, ice pack, music and the suggestions at spinning babies.  Then move on to things like acupuncture, webster, moxibustion or external version.   I hope your little stinker flips back!
