i didn't see your post mama before you deleted it, but probably if it was a cry-out about adjusting/ finding things hard, then yes, there will be others who feel that way. please find the courage to post again and work through where you are right now hug2.gif

I agree with Bookcase....I come here to read other SAHM's stories so I do not feel so lonely all of the time....and every little "take" seems to help.

Things I felt when I was a new sahm to preschoolers:  joy, satisfaction, boredom, depression, fear that I was blowing it, fear that I wasn't cut out for it, shame about not liking it.  Pride when I looked around and took stock of the home I'd created and the little, squirrley kids I was raising.

oh yeah, parenting a little one is fantastic- but it is also relentless and exhausting!
