metametrix & stopping probiotics

For those that have done the metametrix stool sample, did you stop giving probiotics prior to getting the sample?

The site doesn't mention it specifically (digestive enzymes etc yes...we're not doing those right now) , but I'm wondering if that will influence the sample?

We just did ours and our doctor said not to do them for 48 hrs before.

thanks! - looks like I'll do it the beginning of next week, and not do probiotics until then - hopefully it will give a more accurate picture...
